WOW LUCKDAY (the "Store") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you register, browse and place orders, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.

At registration: your username and password (the password is stored only in irreversible encrypted form — nobody, including the Store, can read the original); optional: phone number and company name. At checkout: recipient name, phone and shipping address. A session identifier is also stored to power cart, favorites and browsing history. We do not collect sensitive data such as national ID numbers, religion or health information.

How We Use Information

Collected information is used only to create and manage your account, process and fulfil orders, provide after-sales and customer support, and keep transactions secure. We do not use your personal information for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell it to third parties.

Storage & Cross-Border Transfer

Your personal information is stored on cloud servers located outside Jordan. By checking the consent box at registration you acknowledge and agree to this cross-border storage. We protect your data with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Retention

While your account is active we keep your account and order data; order and transaction records are retained as required by law and accounting needs. After you delete your account, personal identifying information is removed or anonymised, leaving only statistics and transaction vouchers that cannot be linked to you.

Your Rights

You may access and correct your personal information, and delete your account and personal data at any time from the "My Account" page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
